Aditya Thackeray Files Petition in Supreme Court Against Centres Decision to Hold Final Exams

Aditya Thackeray has filed a petition in Supreme Court against the UGC's order for states to conduct final year exams by September end. Earlier, UGC has made it mandatory for all the states to conduct final year exams by September end. The exams which were due to July could not be conducted considering the Covid-19 pandemic crisis in the country.

However, much to the centre's mandation Shiv Sena's youth wing - Yuva Sena has come forward against the UGCs rule. It was already clear that few states have already shown disagreement on the order given by UGC. Also the party mentioned that there has been no revert from UGC or Human Resource Ministry on the letters sent by the state.
